RACE DAY!!
After you finish the Meet Warmup, do any additional warmup that you may need in order to feel ready to race.
4 rounds of:
1 x 125 race from a dive @ 2:00- get time
1 x 75 kick free w/bds- get time & add to 125 for 200 total
Goal is to be as close to 200 IM time as possible; warmdown in between rounds (2 heats in each round)
After 4th round, 8-10 minutes of active recovery. Then...
1 x 200 IM race for time
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today & get excited to race next week in St. Pete's. Have a great day!
