After your meet warmup, do any additional warmup you might need in order to swim FAST.
DISTANCE-
3 x 400 @ 8:00
275 race/125 easy choice- get times, add up for 825 total; goal is half your mile goal time
After 3rd 400, finish up with...
3 x 550 pull (choice equip) @ :30 rest, desc 1-3, goal is one third of your mile goal time
STROKE GROUP-
Today we went two rounds of the following:
3 x 100 race from a dive @ 6:00-
1- 75 race/:15 rest/25 race
2- 50 race/:15 rest/50 race
3- 25 race/:15 rest/75 race
1st time through will be free, 2nd time through will be MRS no free (all the same stroke)
Warmdown a bit before you get out & do an excellent job in school today- even if it is the last day before your Spring Break. Tomorrow the workout is at St. James from 9-10:30a for all ISCA qualifiers; Sunday is our regular LCM workout at St. James, 1:30-3p. Nothing scheduled for Monday.
