2- drill
2- swim build (same stroke as 1st 2 x 25)
2 FAST underwater dolphin kick
Last round of 6, no free on the drill & swim
Check HR after #18 & take fins off
3 sets of:
5 x 50 swim choice w/fast turn @ :55*, except #4 is all kick w/bds
1 x 100 swim dps with perfect stroke
:30 rest after each round
*50's in 2nd round @ :50, in 3rd round @ :45
