Today we did some fly drilling with fins after the Meet Warmup, then took the fins off and went some breaststroke drilling. We went a set of 18 x 50 working on fly (holding dolphin rhythym) & breaststroke (letting the kick drive the stroke).

After 3rd round, 50 from a dive if you'd like; otherwise, warmdown a 150 drill/kick by 25's
