3 x 100 @ 1:25/1:35- 25 swim fly build to fast turn, 75 swim free or back (#2 is swim IM @ 1:30/1:40)
6 x 50 swim/kick by 25's in MRS @ :50/:55, desc to FAST, except #3/5 are swim free br3 @ :35/:40
:30 rest between rounds, check HR
