Speedset for anybody racing this weekend, then the usual w/fins
DISTANCE-
9 x 275's desc 1-3's @ :20r (3 pull/3 swim/3 choice)
OR...
2000 swim for time (+10 x 100 @ avg time per 100)
STROKE GROUP-
2 rounds of:
75 kick for time- this is fast
BROKEN 100 swim: 25/50/25, all @ :10 rest- needs to be faster than your 75 kick (go 3 faster than your 75k & you can be done; finish up with the usual
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today & be thinking about your swims in March. Have a great day!
