75 swim/:15 rest/50swim/:10 rest/25 swim
(3-4 mins active recovery)
3 x 50 swim all @ :10 rest
(3-4 mins active recovery)
25 swim/:10 rest/50 swim/:15 rest/75 swim
(3-4 mins active recovery)
See how close you can keep those broken times (total) to the 1st one
*The 1st round is in your main race stroke ("mrs"), no free; second round is your choice, but all the same stroke
