Check HR, then take fins off & go the 100

2 x 50 swim/kick desc 1-2 @ :55
1 x 75 swim IM @ 1:15
1 x 75 swim free br3 or 4/2 @ 1:00
4 x 50 kick FAST @ 1:05*
*gets :05 faster by 50
