After our warmup, we got into a "How Low Can You Go" kick set as follows:
3 x 150, all @ the same interval-
1- 50 kick fast w/bds, 100 swim long & strong free or back
2- 100 kick fast w/bds, 50 swim long & strong in MRS (no free)
3- all kick fast w/bds
We started @ 3:00, and went through the rounds of 3 x 150 @ descending intervals (2:50, 2:40, 2:30) down to 2:10.
A good way to wrap up the 2023 calendar year!
Regular schedule resumes on Tuesday, January 2 (2024!) at GMU. Get excited for the championship portion of the SCY season!
