BROKEN MILE as follows:
275 swim at setup-speed @ 4:00 (get HR)
11 x 50 swim at mile gp @ :40
Check HR, then 300 easy loosen
11 x 50 swim at mile gp @ :10 rest
Check HR, then 150 easy loosen
275 swim at finishing speed
Check HR
Warmdown as needed & figure your approximate time. Get excited for the meet- two weeks until we race! Regular workout tomorrow here at AFC (8a).
