6 x 400 as follows:
odds- cruise with a smooth, long stroke @ 4:30 or 5:00
evens- descend to max effort; #2 should be at least as fast as what you went on #1, @ 5:00 or 5:30
Check HR after evens
Finish up with 1 x 250 warmdown, odd 50's kick on back/even 50's drill choice
