4-6, choice drill in MRS no free/dolph kick on side (by 50's)

15 min swim
12 min pull w/shnorkels (paddles on for 200/paddles off for 200 if you'd like)
10 min kick- 100 on back (15m udk)/50 fast w/boards
Until 9a...
50's partner kick @ 1:20 as follows:
1-2, 25m kick fast w/boards, then 25m fast udk (leave board at midpool)
3-4, 25m kick fast w/boards, then 25m fast swim (leave board at midpool)
Go 4 free, and then 4 no free
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Enjoy your time off today & wear your sunscreen if you have to be outside. REMEMBER, regular schedule this week (tomorrow back at CCF @ 6:15a), and get onto the club website to commit to the WVU travel meet (July 24-27)- it's prelims/finals and has NO QUALIFYING TIMES!
