5 x 300 swim free (with fly mixed in the first two), desc 1-5 to FAST.
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today, know the workout schedule for this weekend (Sat @ GMU, Sun @ StJ- both at 10:30a) and watch your email for schedule updates for next week. Have a great day!
