DRILL BONANZA
Today we're going to go multiple sets of:
*25's drill
*50's drill/kick (kick is fast udk)
*then 25's swim
Then, we will go through it without fins...
We'll finish with a set of 50's alternating swim/kick and ALL KICK on the same interval.
