With fins, 4 rounds of:
1 x 25 @ :30, 15y swim fast/10y easy
1 x 25 @ :35, all swim fast
1 x 25 @ :40, fast udk on stomach- max effort here!
1 x 50 @ 1:00 swim max effort- same stroke as 25's- get time
Go odd rounds free, even rounds no free
Warmdown as needed before you get out. Take good care of yourselves away from the pool. Tomorrow again at 8a. Have a great day!
