RACE DAY!!
DISTANCE- go through your Meet Warmup, then do any additional warmup you need to be ready for...
Swim the following:
250 race @ 5:00- get time
200 race @ 4:00- get time, add to 250
150 race @ 3:00- get time, add to 250/200
100 race @ 2:00- get time, add to 250/200/150
50 race- get time & add to 250/200/150/100 for 750 total
Check HR & get into 10-12 minutes of active recovery
Pull the following:
3 x 750 @ 1:00 rest, desc 1-3, see how close you can get to your broken 750 above
Warmdown as needed
