Meet Warmup, then...
RACE DAY!!
Keep in mind we need to keep things moving, as we'll only have three lanes with starting blocks.
DISTANCE- do your Meet Warmup, and any additional warmup you need in order to be ready for:
6 x 275 race Best Average @ 6:00- target your 1650 goal time (example- 2:55 per 275 gets you 17:30)
Warmdown as needed
