RACE DAY!!
After the Meet Warmup, we went the following:
4 x 50 swim long & strong free br3 @ :45
4 x 50 swim/kick choice (same stroke for all 4) @ "50, desc 1-4
4 x 50 all kick w/boards @ :55, desc 1-4 to FAST
Check HR, then 1:00 rest
Then we went...
3 x 150 @ 2:30
1- 50 kick fast/100 swim free or back fast turns
2- 100 kick fast/50 swim fast turn
#3- all kick FAST, get time
Check HR, then 50 easy
1:00 rest
Then we went 3 more 150's (same way) @ 2:20
Then we went 3 x more 150's (same way) @ 2:10
We finished up with the same 12 x 50 we did after the Meet Warmup.
