odds- 50 breast pull w/dolph kick & flip turns, last 25 choice drill no free
evens- 50 breast pull w/dolph kick & flip turns, last 25 fast udk, 1 breast only
Check HR
12 x 25 @ :35 in sets of 4:
1-2, breast pull free kick drill
#3- choice drill no breaststroke
4- swim fast same stroke as #3 drill
Check HR after #12, then take fins off & go the 100 (dr-k-dr-skulling)

One time through:
4 x 50 swim IM order by 25's @ :55, except #3 is all swim free big kick @ :45
4 x 50 swim all free br3 or 4/2 @ :50, #3 is all kick free w/boards (also @ :50)
4 x 50 sw/k by 25's in MRS (no free) @ :55 desc 1-3, #3 is all swim free br3 or 4/2 @ :40
Check HR, :30 rest

Check HR then go the 100
