3-4, all swim by 25's @ 1:05- same stroke as 1st 2 x 75; focus on udk, body line & dps

Check HR, then 1:00 rest
All @ 2:00 rest:
20 min swim
12 min pull (alternate 300 no paddles/300 wpaddles)
10 min kick (alternate 100 on back/50 wboards)
Check HR after each
If there is time, finish up with...
Partner kick 25's w/boards- all @ :45-
odds- fwd ss at midpool
evens- bckwd ss at midpool
