RACE DAY!!
Today we had two options:
DISTANCE-
4 times through:
5 x 50 @ :55- swim build to fast through the turn & breakout, then smooth to the end
:35 rest
1 x 250 race!- add up four times for 1000 yard total
1:00 rest between rounds
Warmdown as needed
STROKE GROUP-
AMRAP:
4 x 25 race @ :50- get times and figure avg time
1 x 25 easy choice to the far end
1 x 75 race!- goal is to be within 1.5 of your avg time per 25 (x3) from the 25's above
Check HR, then out & back easy
1:00 rest between rounds.
Warmdown as needed.
