STROKE GROUP-
2 rounds of:
2 x 75 race in heats (same stroke)- add times for 150 total
8-10 mins active recovery
BROKEN 150: 3 x 50 race @ :10 rest, can you be faster than your 2 x 75's add-up time???
DISTANCE-
3 x 275 swim @ 5:00 desc 1-3 to FAST, get time
8-10 mins active recovery
BROKEN 275: 100/75/100, all @ :15 rest (subtract :30 to get time)
8-10 mins active recovery
3 x 275 pull desc 1-3 to what you can, go @ :30 rest
Warmdown any additional drilling/kicking as needed. Do an excellent job in school today & get excited to race the mile on Sunday. Have a great day!
