odds @ 1:00- all stroke drill
evens @ :50- swim/kick by 25's, desc 1-7 to what you can
Only one stroke for all 14 x 50
Check HR after #14, then...
2 x 300* @ 4:45- 50 swim/25 kick, desc the 75's to what you can
*1st 300 is same stroke as 14 x 50, 2nd 300 is choice, but no free
1:00 rest, check HR
3* rounds of:
13 x 25 kick all FAST @ :45- can be partner style if you'd like, but all the same kick
1:00 rest
1 x 75 swim free for time
Check HR, 50 easy to get boards
*1st round the 25's are free kick; 2nd round the 25's are kick on back; 3rd round is choice, but all one kick
