RACE DAY!!
After the Meet Warmup, we'll get into our Friday Flyday drilling, then bang out a legit Race Day set:
6 x 50 race from a dive @ 3:00- one stroke only, keep track of times and make avg
8-10 minutes active recovery, figure time for a 75 based on your avg 50 time. Then...
1 x 75 race from a dive in heats- how close can you come to matching what your 50 avg was?!?
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Remember, tomorrow here at GMU and Sunday at StJ (10:30a for both days), then we start our outdoor schedule on Monday, September 23. Have a great day!
