RACE DAY!!
Today after the Meet Warmup we did 25's fly drilling, then got into the following:
3 rounds of:
50 from a dive, "fast feeling easy" (200 setup)
50 from a dive max effort
Easy 100
BROKEN 100: 25/50/25-
the first 25 should be fast feeling easy, middle 50 add the big kick, last 25 finishing speed
Get time/check HR
8-10 minutes active recovery
Warmdown a bit before you get out and enjoy your day off tomorrow. Remember, Monday (no school) is at 10:30a and Tuesday is at 5:15p (both here at CCF). Have a great day!
