Friday, November 1, 2024- written for SCY (GMU- whole team, following weights)

200 easy choice
1:00 rest

4 x 75 @ 1:00- 25 kick w/bds, 50 swim free fast turn
6 x 25 kick w/bds-
  odds, build @ :30
  evens, max effort @ :20
2 x 150 @ 2:20- go swim/kick swim faster by 50's (in main race stroke)
2 x 150 @ 2:20- go kick/swim/kick faster by 50's (choice stroke, but same kick)
1:00 rest, check HR

With fins, all @ 1:00-
20 x 50 swim, go 1 swim fast/1 easy, then 2 swim fast/1 easy, then 3/1, 4/1 and 5/1
50 easy
1:00 rest
20 x 50 as above, all kick
Check HR, then swimdown as needed

 
Remember no afternoon workout today (work on the bulkhead). Tomorrow morning at 8a for the Alumni Meet. Have a great day!
