Warmup as needed for:
40 x 50 swim at mile goal pace @ :40
Here's how we'll do it...
Warmup as you need to for 40 min. Make sure you have a full water bottle.
We'll start at 3:15p....
We'll go 1-10 @ :40, then take :30 rest (get water, check HR)
We'll go 11-29 @ :40, then take another :30 rest (get water & check HR)
#'s 30-40 will be @ :10 rest, get total time and subtract 1:40 to get a 550 split (30-40 = 11 x 50)
Check HR
Swim easy as needed until 4:10p
We'll finish with a 150 race from a dive, see what you can go.
