2 x 150 swim/kick/swim faster by 50's @ 2:40, desc 1-2, same stroke as 100's above
Check HR, then 1:00 rest

2 x 75 swim strong & even free br3 or 4/2 @ :55 (SrP @ 1:05)
2 x  50 swim MRS (no free) neg split @ :55
2 x 75 swim free- as above
2 x 50 swim MRS (same stroke as above) at 200 gp + :01 @ :55
