RACE DAY!!
If anybody needs more warmup after the Meet Warmup, just say so and you can have a separate lane & another ten minutes...
Today our Race Day set was...
AMRAP-
In two separate groups, two heats per group- go :10 apart throughout
150 swim free br3 or 4/2 from a push- must be under 1:40 (dudes under 1:35)
:20 rest, get up on blocls...
175 race IM from a dive (skip last 25 free)- goal is to be faster than 200 IM goal time
Get tie & check HR after each IM, then move to the bulkhead lane and swim easy until the next round
Warmdown at least a 200 after the last round. Do an excellent job in school today & get excited to race at the March meets. Regular workout schedule this weekend- and remember the parking limitations at StJ on Sunday. Have a great day!
