RACE DAY!!
In heats:
75 race from a dive- get time
400 active recovery
75 race from a dive/:10 rest/50 fast from a push- get times
400 active recovery
75 race from a dive/:10 rest/50 fast from a push/:15 rest/75 fast from a push- get times
400 active recovery
The goal is to be as fast through each round (ex: go 75 on the first 75, hold that through to the 75/50/75)
If there is time:
50 from a dive in heats, OR 25's w/fins ("the usual")
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today and get excited to race at our meet this weekend. Have a great day!
