6 x 75 @ 1:10- 
  25 kick w/fast udk's
  25 drill
  25 swim- go 15y fast/10y skulling
Check HR, then...

3 times through:
  1 x 300- go 75 swim/25 kick
    go free/no free/IM by 100's
  5 x 50 @ :45* (*2nd & 3rd rds @ :40)-
    1-3, swim at mile gp + :01
    #4- swim at mile gp
    #5- go 25 swim jungle sprint/check HR/25 drill- all @ 1:30

3x:
  200 swim- go 100 cruise/100 add kick
  Put fins on for,,,
  1 x 75 kick, 25's get faster 1-3
  Check HR, then 25 easy


Finish up with...
  3 x 15y sprints @ :40 (can cruise, drill or skull to the end)
  1 x 50 drill @ 1:30
Go free/no free/choice by round
