2 rounds of:
4 x 75 kick all out FAST, keep track of times & add up for 300 total (@ 3:00)
8 minutes of active recovery- keep moving or you'll do the 75's again
1 x 300 kick FAST for time- how close can you come to your 300 add-up time?
1 x 300 swim w/choice equip, desc the 3 x 100's to what you can
Check HR
Different kick in 2nd set
300 swim in 2nd set is pull w/choice equip, desc the 3 x 100's to something juicy
Check HR again, then...
Finish up with 6 x 50 @ :10 rest, drill/kick by 25's
