1 x 600- 300/200/100
1:00 rest

3 rounds of:
2 x 75 dr-sw-dr by 25's @ 1:10- build the swim to race pace turn
1 x 150 @ 2:20 swim-kick by 25's, desc the 50's to something juicy
No rest between rounds.
Go free/no free/choice stroke by rounds

3 rounds of:
4 x 50 swim at mile goal pace @ :45*
1 x 25 easy drill @ :30
1 x 50 swim at finishing speed, check HR
1 x 25 easy @ 1:00
No additional rest between rounds
*2nd round 50's @ :40; 3rd round 50's @ :10 rest
