12 x 25 kick choice @ :35- halfway udk on back, then choice; middle 4 can be kick w/boards, partner style @ :45

Talk about the meet, "the good, the bad and the ugly" (kicked well/UDK's/warmdowns)

12 min pull (200 w/paddles, 200 without)
10 min kick (100 on back, 50 w/boards)
